Southeast Arkansas's only full time Arkansas Registered Home Inspector, with over 1000 written condition assessment reports completed.
I strive to prepare a transparent, fair, and honest condition report on the subject being inspected.
I take hundreds of photographs of the subject on a typical home inspection, and submit to my client on a photo cd.
Independent as I would need to be.  Fee quote and references upon request.

My reports and some personal inspector information:
I live in the northeast corner of Jefferson County, along the edge of the Arkansas River,  adjoining Lonoke and Pulaski Counties. I have no staff and am self employed, and usually work out of my office on Main Street in Pine Bluff.  I have been here in Jefferson County for about 45 years now. I commonly drive and work as a real estate inspector in Pine Bluff, White Hall, Monticello, Warren, McGehee, Lake Village, Dumas, Dermott, Rison, Fordyce, Camden, and Star City. My Home Inspector Registration permits me to work anywhere in the state of Arkansas.  I consider from Little Rock south to Louisiana and east to the Mississippi River to by my work territory. I am married, and have two adult children with families in central Arkansas cities. I have immediate family members in Jefferson,  Lincoln, Lonoke, and  Pulaski counties. I am blessed to have five grandchildren.

I write a narrative style condition assessment report on improved real estate, usually single family homes. I use no checklists or standard forms in my reporting. I usually take hundreds of photos of each subject, and reference them by number in the reports I write. The condition assessment report I write is generated in my office by me after the physical inspection is completed, and the photographs taken during the physical inspection are reviewed. I will enumerate the photos, submit them with the report on a photo cd, and I try to reference the picture numbers when suggesting items needing attention, or conditions I attempt to identify in the written report.

You should know I perform no repairs on real estate. Previous to home inspection as my employment, I worked as a general contractor  for more than 25 years in this area of the state. My father was a building contractor, my mother a licensed real estate broker. I also am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Arkansas, but currently have no listings or sales, which I think could  be considered a conflict of interest by some as I choose to work as an inspector of improved real estate.  I have held a real estate license in Arkansas for thirty years now.

I am a proud member of the National Association of Home Builders, and the National Association of Realtors, Also known as NAHB and NAR respectively. Locally it is the SEAHBA and the Pine Bluff Board of Realtors

If you need to  have an independent,  fair,  and honest condition assessment report prepared on a home or commercial structure, I hope you will consider my service. You can reach me in the following ways:
